FAQ

First and Foremost!

1. Our pre-orders are Yahoo-Taiwan originals! Not China imitations!
2. Which explains why our prices are higher than other online pre-orders. You're paying for the original items from the online Taiwanese merchants.
3. Choose your favorite items out of the specified site itself! More than 100 choices of clothings for you to choose from! :)
4. What you see is what you get! As frequent buyers ourselves, we have yet to be disappointed with any of our purchases. The items are exactly as you see on the screen!
5. We're honest. If you're uncertain about an item, ask us! We'll do our best (not to convince you to purchase, but to ensure that you are confident with your selection!) to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. :)
6. Don't understand Mandarin? No problem! We're happy to translate the measurements for you. Just leave a comment, or drop us an e-mail (or add us at byluxdarling@gmail.com!). :)
   
7. Just because you ask questions or have enquiries, you're not obligated to buy from us! So don't feel bad if you don't purchase! We're buyers too, so we completely understand. :)

Now on to questions frequently asked by you!

How long do I have to wait for my stuff to arrive?
Approximately 4-8 weeks.

Why does it take such a long time? Some of the items I want are ready stock!
Factor 1
All your orders are submitted in a batch to the Taiwan shops.
Some clothes may be ready stock, but most of them are pre-ordered goods.
So you will have to wait until all the pre-ordered clothes are ready before they are shipped from the Taiwanese manufacturers to us.
Factor 2
Each item in the shop has a different pre-order closing date. Be sure to look for this:
剩餘時間： 9 天 9 小時
That means that the item has an approximately 9 days and 9 hours timeframe before that batch for that item is submitted to their factories to be produced.
Only when all the items (ready stock and pre-order) are ready and gathered together, will they be shipped to us here in a batch.

Can you guarantee that the items I order are of good quality?
No, we cannot guarantee that. :/ The definition of quality varies to different people, and what satisfies others, may not be the the same you. We have conducted about 3 successful sprees so far, and who best should testify about the quality of the items, but from our customers! :)

Can I buy SALES items or make a bid?
Sorry darlings, no bidding services! :(
Sales items? YES! But your chances of getting them are very slim, unless you have good timing to place orders for them as we are closing the spree.

Why are some of my orders unavailable? I’m brought in to the log-in page!
That means that the listing for your item is up.
If your item was a ready stock item, we’re sorry to say that it might be sold out. :/
If the item was a pre-order item, fret not, as more often than not, the item will be re-listed and be available for order again! :)
We’ll help you do the checking, and we will inform you if the item that you want is out of stock or unavailable, prior to submitting your orders!

What if my item is out of stock, or unavailable after placing orders?
If your item is out of stock after having successfully placed them with the shop, you have the option of either:
a) selecting a new color if that item is available in multiple colors
b) Select a new item (of equal value, or you may top up if the item is higher priced)
c) request for a refund.
We're happy to oblige either. :)

Why do some of my clothings come without the clothes label? Does that mean they are not original?
Some of the clothings do indeed come without the shop's labels, while others do. That's because some designs are a common and shared item among other Yahoo Taiwan shops, whose clothings are produced in the same factory. But we can guarantee that all of your purchases are indeed originals from the respective shops. :)

Can I order stuff that is not from one of your listed sprees?
Sure thing! :D We also conduct personal orders, without any combined minimum order requirement. :) Just e-mail your orders to us, and we'll quote the total amount for you. :)
