Pre-order Terms

1. All items in this site are pre-order only!
2. No minimum order is required to place orders. :) Upon payment, your orders will be placed immediately with the Taiwan / China sellers.
   
3. All pre-order items will take around 4-8 weeks to reach Malaysian shores. Only place your order if you can wait!
4. Full payment is required to secure your order.
5. Once your order is placed and payment is made, no backouts or change of orders is permitted, so do think through carefully before you place your order!
6. All sales are final and no refunds nor exchanges are permitted. Your items that arrive to you will come wrapped in their original wrappings, and its contents will not be tampered with by us.
7. We are not to be held liable if in any event, your seller;
   
   • sends you the wrong item / color / size
   • fails to deliver your item
   • delays the shipment of your item
   as we are merely agents for your transaction with the China / Taiwan sellers.
   
8. Payment must be made to our account. Our banking details will be provided upon your confirmation of order.
9. Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order. In the event that the item that you want is no longer available for order, you will have a choice to change your order to something else, or else, a full refund will be made to your account. :)

As far as our terms and conditions go, they were designed to protect both parties, so to avoid any misunderstandings and any unpleasant transactions. All that aside, if you have any other questions, do feel free to leave us a comment here, or drop us an email! :)
